Cookie policy

SubsidySignal uses as few cookies as the service allows — and no advertising or third-party tracking cookies at all.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site to function and are set without consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (strictly necessary exemption):

If you never sign in and never switch language, browsing the public pages sets no cookies requiring this notice beyond those technically necessary to deliver the site.

Analytics

We measure aggregate product usage with cookieless, first-party events (for example "pricing page visited"). No analytics cookie is set, no cross-site identifier is used, and no data is shared with advertising networks. Details are in the privacy policy.

If we ever introduce optional analytics cookies, they will be off by default and asked for via a consent banner. Today there is no such banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third-party cookies

During checkout, Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies on its own hosted pages for fraud prevention and payment session integrity. These are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the authentication cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
